Regenerative Beef Tallow
Manon of the Spring - Regenerative Beef Tallow is made using 100% dry-rendered beef suet from Markegard Family Grass-Fed cattle. Our beef tallow is slow-cooked in small batches to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Unlike most store-bought tallow, the key ingredient that gives grass-fed beef tallow its yellow color instead of white is beta-carotene. Grass-fed beef tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, K, and B1 and contains conjugated linoleic acid, which is an anti-inflammatory.

Beef tallow has an incredibly high smoke point of 420 degrees, making it ideal for high-heat uses such as frying potatoes or searing meat. Its mild yet rich flavor also makes it great for adding depth to dishes like soups or gravy.

Our tallow is packaged in an airtight and reusable glass container which can be kept at room temperature for up to a year. Beef tallow will keep even longer in the refrigerator or indefinitely in the freezer.
